Alex L. Moore, Ph.D.
Alex is our Principal Consultant and lead esteemed Business Strategist. As a seasoned Project Manager, he consistently delivers exceptional results across all our service domains. Driven by unwavering ethics, he leads MQM as its Managing Partner. Dr. Moore holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology and has completed post-doctoral Business Training at the prestigious Rive-Reine Business School in Vevey, Switzerland, as well as the Leadership Training Institute in Columbus, Ohio. His illustrious career includes positions as SVP/VP in the consumer goods, banking & retail sectors. He has also held positions as CEO and COO in the banking industry and Senior/Managing Consultant for several Big Five consulting firms. With his wealth of experience, our clients receive top-tier professional service.

Maurice Stewart, MBA
Former Investment Banker and Big 4 Consultant with experience leading Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Portfolio Management teams. Atlanta Business Chronicle 40 Under 40 awardee and Georgia Forward® Young Gamechanger, Maurice is a uniquely innovative leader and problem solver with expertise in new business development growth strategies, navigating difficult turnaround operations, capital investment spending decisions, financial modeling, ad hoc and planned analytics, change management, real estate and construction assessments, strategic sourcing & procurement decisions, and internal & external relationship management. Maurice has an MBA and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jerome Haynesworth, SME
Jerome is a seasoned Subject Matter Expert and revered management consultant. His extensive experience spans both government and private sector organizations. He excels in analyzing and designing infrastructure for all facets of talent management, including people analytics, management education (ISD), change management, organizational modeling, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis. His recommendations drive organizational performance improvements by strategically addressing strategy, structure, processes, human capital, culture, management practices, and communication strategies. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Marketing/Finance) and has held positions in the public and private sectors as Marketing Director, Financial Manager, Project Manager, Business Continuity Planner & Executive Assistant.
